RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns and exchanges must be requested via email within 14 days upon receiving merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn in order to be exchanged or returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending an item back for exchange as well as returned merchandise.

We at OLIF strive to deliver exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction. Please understand that we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Once you've placed your order, allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once you've received notice of your package shipment, please allow 2-5 business days to receive that package. Expedited shipment available upon request via email.

We're only shipping to adresses located in The Netherlands for now.
